1
Greet your wife. It is polite to greet someone when you walk into the room. You may have had a rough day at work, or a long day of errands, but if you greet your wife with a few words, a kiss and a smile when you enter and exit the home, it will mean a lot to her. It is a thoughtful gesture of acknowledgement that she will definitely notice.
2
Keep your word. When you say you are going to do something, follow through, no matter how big or small the task. It doesn't matter if you say you're going to do the dishes or buy her a yacht, keep your word. This shows that you respect her enough to be dependable. This act of respect helps to strengthen her trust in you.
3
Be faithful to your wife. This means physically and emotionally faithful. Many people realize that unfaithfulness is hurtful, but don't realize just how disrespectful it truly is to their mate. Your wife wants to feel that she is the only person you want to be with. You may have straying eyes or thoughts occasionally. You are human. But that doesn't make it OK to ogle other women or flirt with others, whether your wife is present or not. Show your wife respect by controlling yourself and by staying true to your marriage vows.
4
Be present. These days, many people have very busy schedules, making it difficult for husbands and wives to get all the quality time they need. But make sure that when you do get a few moments to be with your wife, you are present and engaged. It's far too easy to let your mind drift to work, the kids, the car that's messing up, the game, or a thousand other topics. Listen to her when she speaks, as you would listen to anyone whom you respect. Add to the conversation; share your thoughts and feelings.
5
Make big decisions together. Do not decide for her and don't feel the need to always take control of the situation, even if you are considered the "leader" of the relationship. In situations that affect your wife and your family, you should include her. This is what partnership is about. Caring about and implementing her opinion is a perfect way to show her that you respect her point of view.

Advice for man out there :*
If you have your perfect woman, take care of her! Pay attention to her. Every time she is speaking to you, make an effort to look her in the eyes and understand what she is saying. If you do not understand, tell her. This will show her that you are listening and would like to hear what she has to say.
Prove yourself to her daily. If you give her your word that you will be there for her, follow through all the time not just part of the time. How can anyone love or care for someone and lie to them at the same time?
Be unconditionally honest with her. Even small lies to save her feelings can lead to problems later on. Telling her the truth is the best way to build a healthy and trusting relationship.
Respect her mind, body, and soul. She is a unique individual, whether you believe that or not. Don't make anything or anyone else more important than her or above her. There are many paths of life and hers may be differing from yours. Accept her and cherish her for who she is; after all, she's the only one who will always be there for you if you treat her right. Remember, you're not the only man in this world: there is a man for her that would love her and care for her if you don't. A woman wants a man that will put her first, above everyone or everything else, and show her that he loves her and cares about her. If you can't do that let her go and find someone who can and who will be fair with her; at least show her that you do have some good in you.
Perform random acts of kindness. Be creative. Call her when you're are not together, as often as you can and tell her that you are thinking about her. Send her a little note through the mail while you're away. Paste a note on her mirror telling her that you love her. A picture is worth a thousand words. Leave her a flower and a sincere note. Remember; if you love this person and care about her at all,you would be kind and not do things to make her feel that you are lying about some of the things that you do. Believe me a woman can tell and if you doubt that your stupid and that says you don't really care or love her.6Spend quality time with her. Simply making time to switch off the TV, sit down and just talk with your loved one will show that you respect and care about her, and are willing to listen to what she wants to say. Thoughtful little gestures are often far more powerful than big easy gifts.
Let her know exactly how you feel about her. Look within. Exactly what does this woman mean to you? Write it down. Give it to her. Don't be afraid to let her know.
When you are away, whether it be at work or just out and about, take the time to call her with loving thoughts and words. It's just polite and shows respect! Let her know that although you're away, she is on your mind.
Never lose contact for an unreasonable length of time. If you have not seen her for a few days, call her and tell her how much she means to you, and that you can't wait to see her again.
Tell her how much you adore her every day! Everyone wants to know that they are loved and appreciated.
Never take her for granted. If you're not making much of an effort to be honest and show her you care, there's a good chance that she will make it clear that she no longer wishes to put up with your selfishness and lies. You should never put anything else before her, if you really love her or care about her and want to be with her the rest of your life.
Men often forget what it's like to be alone. Take some time to think about how she has made your life better and the happiness that she brings you; do not take her presence for granted.
You should always make her feel that she is important to you, above everything else in your life.
If you truly love and care about someone you should make it your priority to make her happy. Her happiness should be important to you; take care not to hurt her. Listen to her if she tells you that she is unhappy with something you are doing, and do something about it. Remember that women do not always say what they feel, however. If you feel that something is wrong in your relationship, try to find a time when both of you are calm and collected and talk to her about it. Ask her if there is anything that is making her unhappy, and listen to what she tells you. While you should not try to change yourself for another person, you should be willing to change your behaviour to make your loved one happy.15When she is trying to help you, listen to her and take her words into consideration. Showing her that you're willing to take her advice will help to build a respectful, equal relationship.

Im backk :D
Hello dudes and dudetes
I know, I haven't been around for a while. 2 years to be exact. Where have I gone? Why didn't I posts again? Well, I have a better excuse other than the fact that I was busy with school, works and stuff. Well at least I'm back now with the new me :D. Just so u know. I'm now in Indonesia. Came beck in June 2012... Didn't really do anything though except preparing for my wedding celebration for September 2012.
Oh well there are a lot to share about my wedding, my honeymoon n what I've been doing in Jakarta for this couple of months. I will share it later in my upcoming post. so STANDBY for that :*
Anyway, I wanted to share this right now:
-I wish smokers would appreciate non-smokers as much as non-smokers tolerate smokers smoking in front of them. I am a non-smoker, but I have no issue with smokers because such is a personal option. However, I am irritated when smokers smoke in non-smoking areas. Wouldn't life be much nicer if people can obey to such simple rules? It's called "tolerance" because this world is shared.
-Time is valuable, because we only own 24 hours in a day, and I live by the rule that "today might be my last day". I guess such thinking has always been my biggest push to do my best and enjoy each day, and such thinking is the reason why I mind when people seem to waste (my) time. You see, this is another form of tolerance. Appreciating that other people have their own things to do, we should not waste other people's time and vice versa. We should all try to be more time-efficient. Look around. Observe, analyze, understand, think, and have reasons for the things we ask other people to do for us. This is Jakarta, where traffic jam is a daily dose. Lessen our traveling distance whenever possible, think ways to avoid getting other people stuck in traffic jam just to attend our meeting-invitation which probably could have been done through a simple tele-con, work out midpoints that is the closest for everyone, be fair when assessing who needs who. In the latter, the one who needs the other should be the one accommodating rather than demanding. Make it into a habit to brief and correspondence via emails or phone. Keep things quick and simple. Life should not just be about working and getting stuck in the traffic jam. There should be a part in our day spent just to relax and have quality time with ourselves or family.
-Today has been my zillionth time greeting someone I know in public by sharing a smile and waving my hand but got no respond at all. Most of the time the other person just looks away and pretend that they don't know me. I wonder why. Maybe they just don't like me hehehehehehehe...
-Regardless whatever arguments and disagreements my parents and I share, seeing my parents smile at the end of the day is the best best best thing in life. The people you fight with are most often the people worth fighting for. I love you, mom and dad...:)

when girls get scary!!!

"The only thing scarier than a grizzly bear would be angry woman on PMS" -My friend Taufan-
The first time he said that, I was shocked. I mean, with all the girl power spirit and all that, the sentence is pretty mean, right? Sweet ladies like you and me? Grizzly bear? No, of course not!
Right?
A lot of guys complain all the time whenever us women have period but they just don't know how it feels to bleed for a few days a month. Some of them even DARE to defend themselves by saying they have to deal with their morning problem everyday too. Hello, your morning problem isn't even a problem, boys. Dealing with it will usually be fun to you.
Awkward.
One of my friends said it best, "Men, if you don't understand how PMS feels like, imagine being in a very hot weather, hungry at the same time, AND your favorite sport team lost a match."
Fair enough, I say. Let's not forget how it also hurts, gives you abdominal cramps, and mostly makes you crave for something. BADLY. And if you don't get it, you feel like the world is crashing down.
So yeah, sometimes... well sometimes, it can turn you into a total B-word.
I have quite a few experience on being a B-word when I crave for something during said time of the month. Sometimes it's easy to deal with, like when I want a bar of chocolate. I buy it, eat it, curse myself for eating it a little too much, remind myself that time of the month makes it okay, and be normal and tame again like a baby bear.
Sometimes it's a bit harder to deal with. Like when I want specific things. Maybe specific brand of frozen yogurt with specific toppings ( Pinkberry's combination of mango and regular Fro-yo with dark chocolate cruchy, mochi and almond ) , caramel popcorn bought at a specific movie theater ( Blitz Megaplex, if you live in Jakarta. Bring me! ) , or something non-food related, like an hour full body reflexology massage or a new pair of gorgeous platform pumps. The last one can be pretty expensive but come on, blame it on the blood. I buy it, eat / have it, curse myself for eating / shopping a little too much, remind myself that time of the month makes it okay, and be normal and tame again like a baby bear.
And sometimes during that time of the month, what you crave / want can't always be found.
This is where everyone around you should be running away as far as possible because there's NO WAY you can be a baby bear again this time. No freakin' way, not unless you get what you want. Prepare for hell to break loose.
Ladies, how are you like when you have PMS? Any crazy cravings? Have you gone out of way to get something you crave so much when it happens?
Men, how do you deal with all these? My advise to you : DO NOT talk. At all. You wont be much of a help, but ice cream will.

Im backkkk
I guess I'm charged guilty for not blogging for a month or maybe its been more than a months. Will you forgive me? I've got no excuses left, so I might as well just admit that I had no passion to write or share anything whatsoever this past month. I've been getting so so so many emails from my friends in Indonesia, which is really, very sweet. Emails of encouragement and support, some only said hi, and some ask a bunch of silly questions, not forgetting that they all kept on asking me “when I'm going back to Indo”. All I can say to you guys is I surely missed you all a loads but for now I just wanted to say thank you all for still having me in your thoughts, but too bad this year is still not the year that I will go back yet to Indo....:( I know, i know that I’ve been telling most of the people that I will be back this year… but plan had changed .. ehmm as prolly most of you already know, I still have to pursue my bachelor degree in here. .. Moreover, I found someone that I love too here (isn't it great...:) )… I thought that maybe I would find my future career in here too… who knows right…? eventhough the opportunity is small to have a job here for me cause i have no working permit, green card, etc... but I'll never know, especially I know that God already made a plan on what I have to do in the future...So I guess since I’d given this opportunity to pursue my ed here, why wouldn't I try to do it?I will do the best I could so that I could accomplished it n have a better future.
Anyway, I wouldnt talk a loadsss about myself.... but two weeks ago, I had this heart-to-heart conversation with my classmate.
Well, actually she told me some stuff, so I wouldn't considered it as a heart to heart converstaion,,, or maybe it is.. well whatever! After all, what I did was listening to her conversation.
Anyway, she liked this guy in her office. A few years older than her and way more accomplished : middle level associate position, very classy attitude. According to her, he's the kind of guy you'd love to bring home to your family, the kind you wanna settle down with. For this story's purpose, let's call him Mr. Scoobydoo bydoo.
Her crush on him was so huge, it's practically all she talked about. I go out with her for lunch almost every day after the class that we took together and there's always a moment that we talk about him.
Until today, that is.
I asked her casually how he's doing and she said whatever. So of course I know something's up. She then proceeded to tell me that she doesn't like him anymore and she finds him annoyingly dull. How so, right? That girl have told me in details how she wanted their honeymoon to be. I mean, girlie, what happen to making babies on a fancy yacht in the Southern France? Too much info, by the way.
She stated that Mr. Scooby doo bydoo is too much work. He's very self absorbed because he knows that he's in demand. He acts like guys in The Bachelor. He's not down to earth at all, too fancy, and she just saw him asking the blackberry pin of another intern in their office who also hangs out with her from time to time.
Ahhhh, so that's the problem.
I gotta admit I used to do that back in my young age if i like a guy (doesnt mean that im old now.. but I always think that im not young anymore, especially that im over the 20th of age). I like a guy, a lot of my days spent obsessing over him and what he likes, being a real girly girl who always wants to look pretty in front of him and as soon as I find him giving attention to another girl, I stop liking him. Hell, I might dislike him instantly just like that. In a snap. Boom, you're ugly, I hate you.
In a way, it's so high school. Him talking to another girl and asking for her number or blackberry pin or whatever does not always mean he's hitting on her, right? I can see how it may look like it but any single person can mingle with anyone he or she wants.
So why do we do this? Is it just because it's easier to cross their names off our list rather than accepting the fact that they're more interested in other people? I've been in that situation and it's a pretty unpleasant feeling to not have our crush seem to be interested in getting to know us more. After all, asking for someone's contact details mean they want to keep in touch, right?
I don't know, maybe I'm over analyzing. But I KNOW WHERE SHE'S COMING FROM. Call me shallow but I'm also THAT girl who stopped liking a guy and wanted him out of my face if he didn't look like he would chase me back.
hioohohoohoho...
But anyway good knowing that i have boyfriend now.. so this kind of situation wouldnt happen to me no more... woot wootz..!

I f you love your mother, watch the Mamma Mia Show

Hey guys, I wanted to share my experience and tell you a little bit about my first experience in Broadway Show of Mamma Mia, it was pretty AWE to the SOME.... HOHOHO... anyway, if you haven't watch the show, you better asked your family, friends, neighbors, etc to come and join you ASAP... I guaranteed you will not regret after watching this show.
Mamma Mia is a one of the best musical performance in Broadway and also originated from one of the famous music group called ABBA. Yes, if you are fans of the band, ABBA, you definitely need to watch this show. This show consists of twenty songs and from the beginning until the end of the show, I can never take my eyes off of the performance because the show was just simply amazing, fun and entertaining. The audiences, including myself, get to sing along and even dance when the song played.
Mamma Mia's two leading characters are Alyse Alan Louis as Sophie Sheridan and Beth Leavel as Donna Sheridan, Sophie's mother. The set was simply amazing and cleverly done which made it easier for me to tell where they were because every scene has different settings. I also love the end of the show, the setting was managed beautifully and it showed a romantic view which allows me to feel the romance in the air. Anthony Van laast, the choreographer made the casts did their performances and their choreography amazingly and they seemed to enjoy it because they are having a good time performing. The seats in the theater were packed and they were eager to watch the show. Moreover, the wonderful parts for the audience were when the cast performed some of the ABBA song.
The show grabbed my attention from the very beginning. It took place in Greece. It started with Sophie singing the song “I Have a Dream” hoping that she would know who her father was so that he could walk her down on the aisle on her wedding day. She has gotten some information of three possible men that could be her father from reading her mother’s old diary. She sends them letters, hoping that they would all come. A problem started to occur on the day her three possible fathers arrived, Patrick Bolt (Bill Austin), John Dosset (Sam Carmichael) and David A, Macdonald (Harry bright). First, Dana was surprised to see her ex lover and sang “Mamma Mia”, which saddened her and she proceeds to her room. Sophie was also confused because she couldn’t find out who her real father was after she has spoken to each of them and they all had convinced her. So Sophie told her fiancĂ© Sky (Corey Greenan), but he accused her of wanting the wedding just to find out who her real father was. He was upset that Sophie didn’t tell him at the beginning, he went just as Sam approached Sophie and gave her some fatherly advice but she wouldn’t want to listen. When it was time for the wedding, Sophie asked her mom to help her prepared with everything. It was just an emotional moment because the song that her mom sang to her makes her sad and it was related to their situation. The song is about a parent who will lose the children to someone else to take the responsible. That moment brought tears to my eyes, because I felt the emotion that was shown on the show. The situation by hearing Dana sang made me wondered, since I’m the only child, I questioned myself, “what would happen to my parents if I’m getting married someday?” When the wedding begin, before the priest said anything Dana told everyone on the aisle that Sophie’s father was there, although she wasn’t sure who it really was but Sophie doesn’t care because she love three of them and make them all as her father. At the end Sophie announced that she is not going to get marriage and Sky agreed with her because they wanted to continue their life. Since there are no wedding going on, Sam proposed Dana and she agreed on it, so the one that finally gets married are Sam and Dana. I was so surprised seeing how the end goes, but then again I was happy because I thought Sophie’s father will remain untold, but it seems that it is happy ending after all for Sophie’s mom and her husband.
At the end of the show after all the cast members bow and greet the audience, the casts perform a couple more songs that makes the audience sing along and dance too. The show was just so entertaining; there are laughter and even tears too at some time. Every song fits into the story perfectly and it reminds me some of the songs that can be related to my life. Sometime when we are in love, we have our own songs which describe how our heart feels and how our situation is and looking at the show just makes it more believable.
In conclusion, watching the first musical show in Broadway makes me want to go to another Broadway show again someday and see how the differences would be. I would recommend the Mamma Mia show because it was just so entertaining and it had a lot of humor going on. It’s good for people who are too stressed out at work or at school because watching this will be the medicine for every stressed that occurred, this show is also for people in the old age, so that they can feel young again. Remember, the Mamma Mia Broadway show must not be missed!

Things that men dont know about women
I went with one of my classmate to DD BBq last weekend, she brought a magazine, so i started reading it while waiting for the food to come...it was a man magazine; titled "10 Things Men Don't Know About Women". It is a monthly magazine and this article is written by random female celebrities each month. It's a funny article, and also very informative for men because these celebrities really wrote some of our dirtiest secrets we keep from guys. So, I thought it's a great idea to write my version of the article on my blog (much better than posting the same thing over and over again, getting bored of it!).
If you're a girl, I'd be very interested to read your version of this one, post it on your blog! If you're a guy, write 10 things we don't know about you. I'd absolutely love to know.
PS: NOT FOR PEOPLE BELOW THE AGE OF 18... HOHOHOHOHO
- We want you to still say we look beautiful even if we're covered in mud.
- We love it when you hold our hand in public.
- Of course, we think about you all the time. Even when we're extremely upset with you, we still expect you to call.
- We love it when you make us laugh, but knowing that WE CAN MAKE YOU LAUGH is the best feeling in the world.
- If Make fun of our clothes........prepare to die.
- We are planners. We plan things. But try to surprise us.
- Sorry, but we might leave you for Johnny Depp...NOTzz
- We remember everything, so minimize the possibility of doing anything stupid.
- Anything you say or do with another girl that you don't want us to know about is considered cheating.
- When we cry, don't ask us to stop. Hug us and let us cry all over your shoulder.
- Stop acting so smart, ask for our advice. Trust us.
- we hate it when you think that we don't listen to you when you said something, we did, its just we wanted to make sure about what you said.
So, there it is. My things I wish guys knew about girls. I'd love it if you made your version, but if you're too lazy, add one or two opinions of yours by commenting. This is so fun! Ciao!

-CHRISTIAN BAUTISTA-

Okay,,, I always have been a fan of CHRISTIAN BAUTISTA... I am one of his fan since high school (well not that kind of fans that are willing to sacrifice anything just to see him... I'm just a regular fan)... especially by his song "The way you look at me" because this song was booming in Indonesia back then...and yeah.. I love it. =)
Maybe most of you don't know who he is... well let me tell you a bit about him... =)
So his real name is Christian Joseph Morata Bautista, he was born in October 19, 1981, more popularly known by his screen name Christian Bautista. He is a Filipino singer, actor and model. He was a finalist of Star In A Million, a Philippine reality show aired on ABS-CBN channel, it was in 2003 and he was the 4th place winner in the competition. After the contest, he signed a recording contract with Warner Music Philippines and released his self-titled debut album, Christian Bautista. The multi-platinum album established his name as an OPM artist with songs such as "The Way You Look At Me", "Invincible" and "Hands To Heaven" topping the charts. The singer gained popularity not only in the Philippines but in other countries in Southeast Asia such as Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
Anyway,, its been long time haven't heard his song.. but then today... i just found out that he was contracted with one of the Warner Music Indonesia... and the one that amazed me most is... He doesn't used tagalog or English for the song... but Indonesian... YAY (big applause, because I know its not easy to speak Indonesian, but he is trying though.. and all I can do is two thumbs up for him). Although most of his songs are old song that's been translated to Indonesian language...but it turned out GOOD to the max
So yeah this is the song that I listened today... check out the website:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lTWzSn79I3M
He sang this song with one of the Indonesian Artis Bunga Citra Lestari..
The title is "Tetaplah Dihatiku"
The Indonesian LYRIC:
Kekasihku sayangku ku ingin kau tahu
hati ini kan selalu menantikan cintamu
Kaulah yang pertama yang memberi arti cinta
tuk selamanya tetap di hatiku
ingin memelukmu mendekap hangat cintamu
ingin memelukmu mendekap hangat cintamu
tuk selamanya (tuk selamanya)
tuk selamanya (tuk selamanya)
tuk selamanya (tuk selamanya)
tetaplah di hatiku (tetaplah di hatiku)
tuk selamanya ku tetap di hatimu
.........................................
The Original LYRIC
If you love me, like you tell me
Please be careful with my heart
You can take it, just don't break it
Or my world will fall apart.
You are my first romance, and I'm willing to take a chance
That till life is through, I'll still be loving you
I will be true to you, just a promise from you will do
From the very start, please be careful with my heart.
I love you and you know I do
There'll be no one else for me
Promise I'll be always true, for the world and all to see
Love has heard some lies softly spoken
And I have had my heart badly broken
I've been burned and I've been hurt before.
So I know just how you feel (how I feel), trust my love is real for you (I hope that your love is real)
I'll be gentle with your heart, I'll caress it like the morning dew (I'll caress it like the morning dew)
I'll be right beside you forever (right beside you forever)
I won't let our world fall apart (let our world fall apart)
From the very start, I'll be careful with your heart.
You are my first (and you are my last) romance
And I'm willing to take a chance (I've learned from the past)
That till life is through, I'll still be loving you
I will be true to you (I will be true)
Just a promise from you will do (only to you)
From the very start (from the very start)
From the very start (from the very start)
From the very start
Please be careful with... (I'll be careful with...)
(Your) (my) heart...
so this song is not a new song... the original one was sang by one of the Philipino singer too in the 80's... Mary Jose Chan.... and yea, I think Christian is a big fan of Mari Jose Chan or maybe they are related somehow (dont know for sho)... cause all I can observed from him is that most of his songs are inspired by him.
Anyway this are some link to hear his songs:
Link: The way You look at me
Link: Beautiful Girl
Link: Since I found you
Link: For Hands to Heaven
There are still more though. But yeah this is the one that I listened most of the time... SO ENJOY.... =)

Female and Male
There is a story that I would like to share when I was in my English Literature class. I found it's true when my professor was talking about the difference in female and male.
The difference is when a female looks at her reflection in the mirror, she sees defect and flaw, "awww i gained pounds, i got a little blemish, i got dark circles." no matter how goodlooking she is. when a male looks at his relection, he sees bradpitt or Matt Damon, "damn i look good." no matter how not very attractive he is.
well, its not always true but it sure does happen.

Life
Life is a word that has so many meaning depends on our point of view. Life can be meant as someone's journey from his/her births until his/her dead. Life also can be meant as the process of our development in anything, from zero to hero maybe or some another kind of that. But, whatever the meaning was, is not a big deal because everyone has their own life and its their desicion on how to make their life beautiful or historical. Generally life is something that we can use when we are still living in this universe and everyone has it and they also have their own path in their life. There is no one that has the same path and it always different because we have our own destiny and fate. We can change our destiny or fate except our death. That’s all depends on how we can manage through our life as good as we can and how we can see the positives side and throwing away the negative side of each tragedy or anything that we've been through so far. We can made a history or beautiful of our life if we always learn from our experiences and our fault, because all we know that our experience is the best teacher for our self or maybe some other one.
We will get benefits if our life today is better than yesterday, we will lose out if our life today is the same as yesterday, and we will get bad luck if our life today is worse than yesterday. Pray as well as you can, as though as you will die tomorrow; and work hard as well as you can, as though as you will live forever in this world. Did you agree with that?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Continuing from the previous definition about LIFE now is the real question of LIFE.....
It’s been a while I want to write about this, a question that I find and the answers from what I have been questioned. One of the questions is "why I was born and lived until now?" It was a pretty big question for me so far. However, I've found a satisfactory answer for me personally.
Why was I born? Basically, all humans are born with one main goal, which is to worship God Almighty. Is it just that? No, but I was also born to give / add happiness to the people there are around me, especially my parents. Because all we know how couples who do not have the child feel. They are confused, anxious, and tried a variety of ways to be able to have a child.
Many people who complain, "Why was I born if it had to end up like this?" Actually, the destiny that was no reason to complain, regrets, or evens the end of life as some people out there. Bad luck or suffering is a problem. And the problem itself must be solved, rather than run away or escape from problems that occur. Life without problems seemed boring like vegetables without salt. Because of our problems can be matured, changing the way we think, or even change the way when we decide something.
Let’s go back again to the further question in the first paragraph, "why do I still live today?" Because this very valuable opportunity. Opportunity to worship, repent, learns, and a chance to reward those who have helped me a lot to live this life even though that person is not disinterested in what they have given to me. I do not know how long this opportunity will continue to be given to me, but the most important thing for me is to go through all this with its best until the opportunity has given me expired.

Temptation world =P

You know what, you know what…let me tell you guys something!!!!
This is the typical me. Diligently push myself to acquire understanding of my classes at the beginning of the semester in my previous school. Execute my worries having homework during the weekend by finishing it before hand, having dark circles and eyes bags due to staying up late studying for a test/quiz, paying full attention in class, taking notes, etcetera. But my attitude now changes when I transferred my school to Baruch College. I choose movies over text books, going out over studying, sleeping over doing assignments, drinking over getting stressed out obtaining understanding toward my studies (okay not really but yeah whatever)
I know, I know that tenacity is needed to separate success from failure, but I just can’t help it. (Screaming out loud: “I CAN’T HELP IT”) Temptation is everywhere…. There is quiz and assignments for tomorrow and I can’t even manage to open the book. I know I hate school since the beginning of my existence. As people grow up, they naturally gravitate toward things that they do well and drift away from things they don’t do well. Some people dislike school coz things they’re good at are less emphasized due to the required coursework. But me… I don’t even know what I’m good at. Influenced (leverage) my strength in school is out of the question coz I don’t even know what I’m good at… aih aih… “sebellllllll” (oh for the people that don’t know what sebel is.. its just the short word for saying I hate being me…lmao)
I know school is a place where people can explore different knowledge and opportunities available, but I just hate being judged whether or not you’re intelligent by standardized exam. (A) means you’re smart, (B) means okay, (C) mean stupid, (D) means don’t need to go to school you need help (aka crazy, mental illness etcetera etcetera..blah blah blah…), and (F) no comment (don’t even wanna metioned about it)…well this is just from my own perception please don’ t get offended . So whoever think/care less about grades, you are like me. woot woot, But remember the pressure is still on…=P
The most important thing I guess is at the end. Some people excel well in school but not in real life. And some just have the standard knowledge and became success in real life. Just like what my dad have told me, I guess its based from his and most of his friends’ experiences. Anyway, when I was in Indonesia, I have my vision of a business empire, I already know what im gonna make, I already know how I can get the initial capital (oh, not from daddy’s money), I already know wat asset and strategies I will pursue, I already know what risk I’m going to face. what is it? I DON’T KNOW…LMAO…… (OMG I guess I must have been dreaming writing this blog.. its 3.17am….) -----please lanie get REAL… I guess I need to face the reality… its not as easy as it seems…. Okay.. guys you just wasted your time…if you are reading this s***t…HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA… EVIL LAUGH….

Love, Love, Love

What is Love??? Is it a feeling of a deep passion, sexual desire or attraction between two people or more???
Based on the Wikipedia “a strong positive emotion of regard and affection; "his love for his work"; "children need a lot of love"
But what is it really means??
Okay, here we go if it comes to relationship, what does love really means to you people?
If any girls were asked, "why do you love your man??"… their answers would be in some sort of the number below:
1. They are very caring.
2. They will stand for you always, whatever may be situation.
3. They are ready to do anything for you
4. They are ready to sacrifice
5. You can call them at time, they won’t mind
6. Guys may be flirting around all day but before they go to sleep, they always think about the girl they truly care about.
7. When you touch a guy’s heart, there’s no turning back.
8. Guys love their moms. so if we can be like their mom, thy love us more
9. They will sacrifice his money for lunch just to get you a couple of roses.
10. If a guy tells you he loves you once in a lifetime. He does.
11. A usual act that proves that the guy likes you is when he teases you.
12. A Guys’ fantasies are unlimited.
13. When a girl makes the boy suffer during courtship, it would be hard for him to let go of that girl.
14. Guys have strong passion to change but have weak will power.
15. When a guy says he is going crazy about the girl. He really is
16. Guys love girls who can cook or bake. ….they loves u regardless.
17. Guys are more talkative than girls are especially when the topic is about girls
18. Guys don’t comprehend the statement “Get lost” too well.
19. A guy lets you go, if he really loves you.
20. You can truly say that a guy has good intentions if you see him praying sometimes.
21. Guys seek for advice not from a guy but from a girl.
22. Guys love you more than you love them if they are serious in your relationships
23. A Guy sees his girl friend as his second mother
24. He is a rare combination of fatherhood and motherhood, a girl can see both in one
25. Even ready to die for his girl.
Okay,, so is this really true that the guys will acted that way when they trully love their girls?? (this 25 reasons are from one of a website actually.. ehmm 4got the website's name... but yeah whatever)
Why is there something called "LOVE"? or more specifically, why do we love our boy/girlfriend (LOVERS) then??In my opinion… You know you love someone when that person's happiness is extremely important to you, even if that means they are not going to be with you (i though that is very painful, but yeah thats a risk when u trully love someone). You know you love someone when you really trust them enough to always tell them the truth, and you know that even if they don't like what they hear that they will still accept you no matter what..
What about infatuation? This words have been asked to me lately by one of my friend who has trouble with her love ones...is it the same as love??
"Infatuation is where you think obsessive happy thoughts of wanting to be with someone". Love is just like infatuation but added more toward it (like adding more spices to make it tasty on your food...okay maybe not exactly related n not what im trying to say with my point)...anyway, its when you're less afraid of losing or not having the person and more just appreciative that they are your friend/lover. And you accept them as how they are, you are aware of all their faults and do not see them as a perfect, flawless person, but you love them with all their faults.
BUT THEN AGAIN THE POINT HERE, I GUESS LOVE IS JUST SOMETHING YOU KNOW, SOMETHING YOU FEEL SO DEEPLY THAT YOU DONT QUESTION IT...LOL
Im just so amazed I could write everything down,, I meant when I'm asked about this kind of question i need 15 minutes at least just to put the words altogether and tell the person that asked me directly to them, but with writing, it just flow.. eventhough,, idk if my sentence are making sense to the READER (but yet, I dont care)...wohooo...
okay so yeah lets just continue..... =)
Mentioning about "LOVE, LOVE n LOVE" words reminds me of something now =)
Long time ago I'd been asked by someone,,, whether friend and a boyfriend is the same or not… N obviously I said no its not the same… However the person that asked me still convinced me that it is the same (he thought of it as saying that what we do with our boyfriend, we can do it too with our friend, such as sharing everything to them (including stories, secret, n so on and so on), cared for them, etc..)... Though the words lover (boyfriend/girlfriends) and friend sounds the same but so far the difference between them is concerned, it is too much in the real sense...well yeah its true tho, we can do the same activities or whatsoever with both. I mean we can love them both too right?
To get the answer from me, is (cough..cough) first of all, we will have to differentiate between the definition of a lover and a friend. And then we can get to the reason why its different.... =)
Here is the meaning and the reasons:
A friend is the person who is with u when u r happy and sad. A friend is also a person who knows what we want. That knows us the way we know us. They are also the one who does a lot for us. A true friend is a relaxation for the whole life.... Life without friend is like crossing a sea without a boat.
When it comes to lover... simply means a person whether boy or a girl to whom you like or love and with whom you want to continue and exists your relations as a husband or wife through out your life. Sincerity and commitment is a must in the relationships with a lover and because without sincerity relations will not develop sincerely between both parties. Lover has the passion to sacrifice his feelings, his or likings or disliking and his or her everything, which he or she possesses...Love is a natural feeling and we may fall in love with anyone. Love is the most exquisite gift of God and it just happen without definition. He has sent a boon from Heaven so we could enjoy the charm of love the way we want to enjoy. It is like caring for somebody else unconditionally. A lover is happy in the happiness of his/her beloved. So we can considered a Lover as a person who stays with their loved ones throughout life and always keeps him/her happy :-)
CONCLUSION HAS BEEN MADE FOR ANY OF YOU WHO STILL THINK FRIENDS AND LOVER ARE THE SAME: A lover is someone who u chose for ur life but a friend is someone who is guiding u
What do you guys think?????
Why buy Louis Vuitton??
Okay ..i dunno what's happening with Louis Vuitton, but they really do seem inspired by junks and all.. Before, it was the ultra-expensive (but still a bit more creative) urban satchel...now, they go for the i-just-went-to-the-fish-market look...lol… Check out the picture below:
I guess we all might think that, we can get this kind of bag for free or even make it on our own and just stamped the brand of Louis Vuitton on it, which will be seen more revealing.... hohohoho
wohoooo...So anyone interested with this bag???!!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Shoes, Shoes, Shoes....
Black and White...They are never...never...never out of trend...well, what can we say, black and white will always be the all-time classic....right??
Omg this casual flats are just so cute.... woooo

Last but not least.. (Drudum drudum... =Beat of a drum)
THE EGG ROLL SHOE

Its the modern yet romantic spin gives this Victorian-inspired style a fashion edge you'll love. Decorative straps across the foot and rows of buttons for added interest. Diamond pattern soles and extra cushioned footbeds for extra comfort. Zipper entry. 3" heel.
I've been wanting this shoes from winter 2009, they have four colours but the one that I want is the grey one just like the one on the picture above... OMG.. My Hometown: J-city, Indonesia
I have a couple of minutes to post this before i get dressed to my Pajamas and go to bed...zzzz. I guess i will do a hometown feature this time, like the one I read in one of the famous celebrity blog. Because simply, i love Jakarta despite the things I've complained all the time like the traffic jam and classic pollution in big cities problem. No matter where I go, I will always miss my beloved hometown.
*My Jakarta: Rachma Maulani
*Age: 22
*Occupation: Student
*I lived there for: Almost all my life...lol
*I lived there because: I was born there and most of my families live there too
*My neighborhood: Cibubur, it's in the East of Jakarta.
*My favorite restaurant: Satoo,
If you go to Satoo restaurant, be sure to order: It's a buffet baby, go indulge on everything. Especially the desserts. (but this one is kinda expensive)... for restaurant, i guess anything will be fine in Indo for me... I also rarely go to the fancy restaurant with having to pay overprice, I rather go to the place where I can get together with all my friends, and basically a place where the price range is average for people around my age... =)
*My favorite museum: The scary museum.... The Fatahillah (reminds me of Junior High School)
*My favorite tourist destination: Ancol, it's an Indonesian version of Disneyland Resort with the theme park and all. And if only I can be honest with you guys, i've only been there once.... whoaaaaaa...can't wait to go there again
*Best insider spot: Kemang area is the best place to hang out in daily basis.
My favorite area: Tooo manyyy to mentions
*Best place to go shopping: Blok M mall, Cibubur Junction, Graha Cijantung, Senayan City, Plaza Indonesia, and many more
*When you visit, don’t forget to pack: A lot of money
*But leave room in your suitcase for: Cool new clothes or new accesories/items that you will buy there. It's one of the biggest shopping destination of South East Asia.
*The one local cuisine you should try when you’re in town is: Batagor, shomay, sate or Mie Ayam with a lot of chily if your stomach can handle it..... slurp =9
*The best way to get around: Cars or cabs (for most of high level people), and for everyone is the so called "angkutan umum" (public transportation mini bus) or bus
*If I had to describe this city in one word, it would be: Fabulous.
*I tell my friends to stay at: If you wanna spend your money then lot of nice 5 stars hotels or boutique hotels in South Jakarta. I'd suggest either Hotel Mulia, Grand Hyatt or Grand Kemang because they're near all the cool places, But then again, they can stay at my house... although its pretty far from the city though n not as cosy as the hotels that they have in the city =)
*The one thing most outsiders don’t know about this city is: That once you live like a local, you will get lost in this city ever so completely. And if i said ur gonna get lost..I really mean it!!!
*They say “Virginia is for lovers.” So fill in the blank: Jakarta is for "trendy urban people who works hard and play harder"....lmao

Yay! My 1st, finally.......

So this is my first blog after all. Well I never decided to write blog and when I say never, I “MEANT NEVER”… Usually, I just write whatever is in my mind in my not so very-attractive looking notebook, but it was a couple years ago though, I got tired of writing and never write ever since. So now, I decided that it is time for me to venture the world of blogging. I mean what could be bad about using Blog right? Wait, I guess people would have their own opinion about me using blog, maybe they would say…. “What is wrong with your English?” or “don’t even write when you can’t even spell, type or use the correct grammar”… but hey, I’m open to any type of criticism, as long as you guys keep it cool and not be throwing any rotten tomatoes, bananas and especially rotten eggs at me.. it’s not that I don’t like you guys to throw rotten veggies/fruits to me, but I prefer you guys throw things that I can use like money, jewelries, and other precious things or maybe something that I can eat but definitely not rotten foods and not left over, make it new n fresh from the oven please… hahahaha just kidding,, I guess u guys need to warm up a little and not to serious reading this blog, (Wait, Is that sentence even correct?)
Okay, I made this blog recently; it’s a requirement for my Media class actually. But I kind of like using this Blog, I mean I’m hoping that I can post something interesting every now and then,, so people can check this out…or maybe not.. I guess just for my own satisfaction... really… =)
Well writing is just not my thing, like seriously its not, but I guess I have too whether I like it or not, I mean I still remember my first English class that I took in my previous school and got B on that class… well duh, it was a writing intensive course, sometime I wonder, how the hell should an Indonesian girl like me who just moved to NYC like 2 years and 5 months ago knows how to write in an appropriate way of writing and how she talks was like in a super super sonic speed.. Woman please chill, second language speaker here!!! lol… Anyway, my weakness is basically on my grammar and I guess it continues until now that I’ve been In US for almost 3 years and still can’t use a proper grammar and proper English… Whoaaaaaa… sometimes I just want to be like other Indonesian people that are so fluent with their English and sometimes I said to myself "if only I could do my high school in US, maybe my English will be super duper amazing." But, I don’t want to regret my life nor turned back my life, because the biggest regret in my life is having regrets… I guess whatever happens, it happens for the best and we will never know what we would expect later on. (OMG,, here we go again, is this sentence making sense,, been reading this but I guess something is just not right in this sentence..=p )
Anyway, before further due… I’m asking you guys to please don’t laugh or giggle at my funny phrases or words that I might used when I’m going to post in this blog… Its just sometimes when it gets tough writing in English and my head feels like its going to blow, I created my own language that I called “Indengsia” which actually refers to Indonesia n English….So if one day I wrote “did you know that si itu,, well ya begitu deh, a little disappointed but still nyebelin” don’t hesitate to ask what I mean by that stupid sentence…woot woot!
